Cashback Transfer to Panda Plus Partners

Overview

Panda may provide customers with the option to convert all or part of their valid cashback balance into Partner Rewards offered by third-party loyalty programs approved by Panda, including but not limited to AlFursan Saudia Airlines Loyalty Program ("Partner Program").

Terms and Conditions

Cashback conversion to Partner Miles is an optional service and is subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility Requirements

• Customer must have an active and verified Panda account
• Cashback must be valid, unexpired, and available for redemption
• Customer must provide a correct and active AlFursan Program membership number
• Any minimum or maximum conversion thresholds communicated by Panda from time to time must be met

2. Account Linking

A member must link their Panda account to their AlFursan membership number. Once linked, the accounts cannot be delinked for at least 30 days; delinking is only allowed after this period.

3. Communication Requirements

Members must ensure that a valid and active mobile number is registered in their AlFursan account to receive any required SMS notifications.

4. Conversion Rates and Fees

Conversion rates, eligibility rules, and applicable fees (if any) are determined solely by Panda and may be modified without prior notice. Converted cashback cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged back into Panda cashback under any circumstances.

Each 1 SAR of cashback is equivalent to 20 AlFursan Miles. This rate is subject to change without prior notice.

Liability and Warranties

Upon conversion, the cashback amount will be deducted from the customer's Panda wallet, and the equivalent Partner Miles will be transferred to the customer's Partner Program account. Panda is not responsible for:

• Delays in crediting miles to the Partner Program
• Partner Program errors, system downtime, or operational policies
• The use, redemption, or expiry of Partner Miles after transfer

Privacy and Data Sharing

Customers acknowledge that conversion to a Partner Program requires Panda to share certain personal data with the Partner Program (such as name, mobile number, and Partner membership ID) solely for the purpose of fulfilling the conversion request. Panda will not share any additional personal data beyond what is necessary to complete the transfer.

All processing will comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and Panda's Privacy Policy.

Consent and Acceptance

By submitting a cashback-to-miles conversion request, the customer explicitly agrees to:

• Authorize Panda to share the required personal data with the Partner Program
• Accept that the Partner Program's terms and conditions will apply to the transferred miles (AlFursan Program Terms and Conditions)
• Release Panda from any responsibility related to Partner Program rewards, usage, expiry, or dispute/claim/compliance resolution

Fraudulent Activity

Any fraudulent activity, such as using invalid or incorrect Partner Program membership numbers, misuse of cashback balances, or attempts to exploit conversion mechanisms, may result in immediate suspension of the customer account and cancellation of any pending or completed conversions.

Wholesale Transactions

Cashback earning and AlFursan Miles conversion are not applicable to wholesale transactions, and Panda reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or reverse conversions linked to suspicious or non-eligible transactions following verification.

Amendment and Termination

Panda reserves the absolute right to suspend, amend, or discontinue the cashback-to-Partner conversion service at any time without prior notice and in accordance with applicable regulations in KSA.
